Payments
The newly released module for Online Payments provides a proven key to reducing debtor days and increasing cashflow.
This module handles payments of the visible bill image by Direct Debit or Credit Card.
Payment option modules are likely to differ from country to country, to align with the appropriate banking practices.
The general interfaces will remain the same.
Availability: Bill Payment modules can be generated today. A New Zealand module is already in use.
Ongoing Development: Will centre on compliance with local banking practices in required regions.
Customer SelfCare
Customer Self-Care modules allow customers to fulfill their own needs online. This reduces the workload within the call centre environment.
Customer Self-Care is a true "replacement technology", in that the aim is to get the customer doing more of the work necessary to serve them.
Déjar CSC is more about methodologies than technologies in that applications are likely to be built to order.
However, we expect to develop a number of modules and utilities to assist with the development of each application.
Scanning
The scan integration module imports captured images into Déjar. These can then be linked to the associated Déjar document.
Dejar archives can be organised to allow "drilling" of documents - imaging "clicking through" a transaction line on a statement to view the invoice, and then "clicking through" a line item on the invoice to see a scanned image of the delivery docket.
